This course explores spatial and lightweight structures, examining folding, tensegrity, space trusses, shells, and membranes. Students visit lectures, workshops, and analytical discussions, and design their own structure for a specific site. This year, the focus was on the roof of the Hannover Ice Hockey Stadium.
