On Spatial Networks

From infrastructure plan to tile grid – networks are emerging in practically all fields of architecture. They connect, structure, enfold, or bear the loads of our buildings. Their geometric properties give an indication of their function and effectiveness. This contribution deals with load-bearing networks and their spatial curvature characteristics.
